A sunny taalcafé with a big window onto Amsterdam canal houses and a bicycle. Noor, a volunteer in an orange sweater with a name badge, waves hello from beside a small table with a coffee and a glass of tea, while other guests chat in the background.
It is your first visit to a taalcafé, a café where people practise Dutch together. Noor, one of the volunteers, comes over to say hello.
