Dutch listening practice

Zo werkt het How each conversation works

1. Learn the words. Each conversation starts with its key words and phrases, with audio. Study them as flashcards if they are new.
2. Read the questions. Then you know what to listen for, as in a real listening exam.
3. Listen without text. Two voices, so you always know who is speaking. Slow mode keeps the voices natural.
4. Answer. No penalties. After a wrong answer you can play just the part that holds the answer.
5. Read along. The transcript, line by line, with every line playable and its English one tap away.

Stages. Stage 1 follows Lessons 1–5, stage 2 Lessons 6–13 and stage 3 Lessons 14–18. Each conversation names the lesson to finish first, but all of them are open.

The voices. The conversations are written for this course and spoken by natural-sounding Dutch voices, so every word is clear Netherlands Dutch.
